Fleur is an award winning business woman and an expert in strategic communications across all platforms. Her strengths lie in growing brands and brand communities, creating cultures, pushing the boundaries on all campaigns and building teams and it is for all of these reasons that she has led a successful agency for over a decade. Her personal specialty in the agency is stakeholder communications, publicity, social media, event management and media training.

Before launching The Red Republic, formally known as the Red PR Group, Fleur started off her career on the other side of the fence as a journalist/ reporter for The Sunday Mail, ABC TV news, Channel Seven Sunshine Coast, Nine Gold Coast newsrooms, and Today Tonight. Fleur was a finalist in the 2014 Telstra Business Women’s Awards and the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Awards in 2012. She was a finalist in the Institute of Management Young Manager Awards and in 2009 was listed in the Anthill 30 Under 30 Young Entrepreneurs to watch.
